North Brisbane - immediate start

Experienced Disability Support Workers required for immediate start in multiple locations.

Qualifications:

Current Blue Card

Current Yellow Card/NDIS Workers Screening Check

Current Senior First Aid & CPR Certificates

NDIS Worker Orientation Module

National Police Check

Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent

Valid Australian Drivers Licence

Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Reliable smart phone with data

Job requirements:

Assist NDIS Participants with in-home daily living tasks and activities

Assist NDIS Participants with community access

Must positively contribute to a teamwork environment

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Have sound knowledge of dignity of risk, choice and control, duty of care, privacy and confidentiality whilst understanding the importance of professional documentation and communication

Understand and adhere to best workplace practices for Workplace Health & Safety purposes following organisational policies and procedures

Must be willing to work with multiple NDIS Participants

Flexible availability between 7am and 5pm, 7 days per week

Areas of support:

NDIS Participants are based in Albany Creek, Alderley, Bald Hills, Caboolture, Lawnton.

Shifts range from 2 to 10 hour durations.
