What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: Registered Psychologist with AHPRA registration.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ clinical, patient-facing experience in psychology, including in the workplace health/EAP setting.

Location: Based in Melbourne CBD, with limited flexibility for work-from-home arrangements.

Skills:

Strong clinical expertise in mental health support and EAP delivery.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.

Creative flair and strategic mindset, with a passion for crafting mental health content and innovative programs.

Enthusiasm for stepping outside traditional psychology roles to contribute to a fast-paced, business-oriented environment.

The Role

As a Psychologist at Health for Work, you’ll do more than deliver mental health services- you’ll also help shape the future of workplace wellbeing. This is a unique opportunity to blend your clinical skills with creative and strategic input in a growing business. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering psychological services directly to our patients and employment health partners (via telehealth), both individually in the form of mental health plans or EAP sessions, as well as webinar sessions/ presentations to workplaces on mental health topics.

Working on building out our online content portal, training products and services to grow our brands. Collaborating with our team to grow and refine our offerings, with the chance to influence business strategy and service development.
