What will the role entail:

Meet with clients to work through their financial needs and objectives and propose suitable mortgage solutions.

Engage with lenders and ensure strong outcomes

Work through the end to end loan process, from data collection through to analysis and options presentation, and again through the approval and settlement process

Hold strong relationships with key stakeholders including BDMs

Communicate with lenders on behalf of clients to secure the most favorable mortgage terms and rates.

Adhere to strong post settlement processes.

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including consumer protection laws.

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in residential Mortgage Broking

Hold Cert IV in finance and Mortgage Broking

Have a strong understanding of Mortgage Broking tools and platforms

Love to work in a team environment

Manage time and their day effectively

Capacity to write $4 - $5 million per month

Hold a desire to help grow the business as part of a team.
