- Motivated⁠

- Reliable ⁠

- Efficient⁠

- Able to work unsupervised⁠

- Able to read/ interpret plans⁠

- Capable of running a small crew⁠

Must Haves: ⁠

-Tools⁠

- Current drivers licence

- Reliable work vehicle⁠

- Hold a current a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)⁠

- Completed carpentry qualification ⁠

- Proven carpentry experience⁠
