The Opportunity

Noosa Council is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Customer Experience Lead – Libraries to champion innovation, digital transformation, and exceptional service across our branch and mobile library services. This is a rare opportunity to join Noosa’s dedicated library team.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will:

Oversee daily operations at one of our vibrant library branches

Drive customer experience and digital service initiatives

Inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and community connection

Lead a customer focussed team of library specialists

Experience with managerial processes and an understanding of a Local Government (or similar) environment would be advantageous.

Position Remuneration: Level 6.1 ($98,037 Base annual salary) / ($111,279 Total remuneration package which is based on a permanent full-time employee and inclusive of 12% employer superannuation and 17.5% leave loading).
