About the role

Lead and engage the team daily

Coach and inspire through training

General Management duties (rostering, banking etc.)

Work closely with the owner / principal optometrist

Lead sales from the front and demonstrate your optical knowledge

Skills and experience

Previous experience in the optical industry or retail industry

Track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure

Proven experience leading in a compassionate, people-focused manner

Optical experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate
