Are you a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in accounting and a passion for precision? We're currently recruiting for a Finance Officer (Assistant Accountant) on a temporary to permanent basis for a well-established business based south of Perth CBD.

Your new role

• Assist with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Process invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements
• Support payroll processing and timesheet management
• Assist with tax compliance and reporting
• Perform general ledger maintenance and journal entries
• Provide support with ad hoc finance tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Experienced in finance/accounting roles.
• Strong Excel skills (advanced level preferred).
• Willingness to learn and adapt-Navision training provided.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Be immediately available for full-time work.
