We are looking for an adaptive multi-tasker to join our Derwent Park team in the role of Warranty Clerk.

About you.

You must have strong administration and customer service skills. While sound mechanical knowledge is an advantage, the ability to quickly pick up and apply the complex requirements of a mechanical workshop is a requirement and forms the basis of this unique and challenging role.

You must have a proven history of working in a compliance/data-intensive environment where deadlines must be met and multiple tasks need to be completed in a uniform and consistent manner. The ability to think outside the box in order to find balanced solutions to address customer concerns forms a core part of this role.

Applicants will:

demonstrate excellent keyboard/typing skills

be detail-minded with the ability to self-audit work prior to submission

display excellent customer service skills including the ability to deal with conflict

have the ability to multitask

have planned and structured work habits

have strong administration experience

Must possess a current drivers' license

About the role.

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, the Warranty Clerk is principally responsible for organising, processing, and reviewing warranty claims along with verifying and ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements within tight deadlines.

This is an extremely busy role that will provide a varied workload within a process-oriented structure. You will be given extensive training with ongoing support from both management and manufacturers. Some interstate training may be required.
