Responsibilities

- Passionate about work and managing daily showroom operations.

- Act as the head of the sales team, develop sales strategies, and implement established plans.

- Provide basic technical support to customers as needed

- Possess strong team management awareness and continuously build the team.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Skilled in product market positioning with a forward-looking vision for marketing.

- A philosophy that integrates sales and after-sales service; willing to communicate with and meet customer needs.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Able to maintain long-term job stability.

- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks on time.

- Experience in the construction or window and door industry is preferred.

- Must have legal working rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident).
