Talenza are currently seeking a ServiceNow Platform Specialist for an Australian utilities organisation. The successful candidate will have experience with in a optimising, developing and configuring a ServiceNow platform in order to unlock capability.

Only open to Brisbane based candidates as the role requires 3 days per week in the office.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Holding certifications in ServiceNow System Administration, Application Development, Discovery, Service Mapping are all desirable.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining data quality processes within CMDB environments
• Practical experience applying ITIL processes, particularly in Configuration Management and Change Management
• Experience working with third-party vendors and managing integration points
• Utilities, mining or heavy industries experience (desirable)
