MR Licence | Forklift Licence | Leadership Role | Safety-Focused Work

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Crew Leaders to join our new site based in Warwick, QLD. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has leadership experience, and is passionate about maintaining high safety standards.

You will be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team in the transport and handling of poultry, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with animal welfare and compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven team leadership or supervisory experience in agriculture, logistics, or similar physical industries

Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures

Well-organised with good paperwork and documentation skills

Comfortable with manual work and early starts

Excellent communication and people skills to lead a small crew

Requirements:

Current MR or HR driver’s licence

Valid Forklift Licence

Physically fit and willing to perform labour-intensive tasks

Ability to meet PPE and hygiene standards

A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work unsupervised

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a poultry handling crew at farm sites

Ensure all work complies with workplace safety and animal welfare regulations

Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading where required

Maintain accurate records and ensure fatigue management and other compliance procedures are followed

Build strong working relationships with farmers and team members
