What You’ll Be Doing
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Investigate customer issues thoroughly and work out the best solutions
Guide users through our services and help them get set up or troubleshoot
Keep accurate, detailed records of every customer interaction
Notice patterns or recurring problems and raise them early - your ideas for improvement are welcome
Work with other teams when an issue needs extra support
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service (especially in a tech or software setting is a bonus)
Strong attention to detail - you take pride in getting things right the first time
A proactive mindset - you don’t just fix issues, you look for ways to prevent them
Great communication skills and a calm, friendly manner
Well-organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Confident using helpdesk or CRM tools (or quick to learn!)
A curious, solution-focused attitude and a genuine desire to help others
