About the role

Bolton Tree Service is seeking a talented and experienced Arborist to join our team. As a CERT III Arborist, you will play a vital role in the maintenance and care of trees and greenery across the MUNDARING HILLS region. This is a full-time position that involves hands-on work, using your expertise to ensure the health and safety of the local environment.

What you'll be doing

Assessing the condition of trees and plants, identifying any issues or risks

Performing tree pruning, trimming, and removal services as required

Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on the best course of action for their trees

Implementing sustainable landscaping practices to promote the long-term wellbeing of the local greenery

Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work carried out

Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Collaborating with the wider team to deliver a high-quality service to our clients

What we're looking for

Minimum CERT III in Arboriculture or equivalent qualification

MR Truck Licence

Demonstrated experience as an Arborist, preferably within the gardening and landscaping industry

Strong knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and best practices for maintenance and care

Proficiency in the use of specialised equipment and tools used in arboriculture

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

A valid driver's licence and the ability to work safely at heights
