Drive Personnel are seeking a skilled and experienced S26 Electrical/Civil Supervisor for work supervision on mining leases and easements.

You will oversee electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and project timelines. This role requires a strong leader with extensive knowledge of electrical systems, team supervision, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily electrical work activities on site

Ensure all works comply with the S26 electrical licensing requirements and relevant standards

Monitor contractor performance and enforce safety and quality compliance

Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits

Assist in planning and scheduling of electrical installations and maintenance

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues

Maintain accurate documentation, including job safety analyses, permits, and daily reports

Skills & Requirements:

Trade certificate (Mandatory)

WA Electrical License (Mandatory)

LVR CPR (Mandatory)

S26 Certificate + Electrical training components (Mandatory)

White Card (Mandatory)

Working at Heights

Confined Space

HRWL - WP (desirable)

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors on-site

Experience in a Supervisory role (2 plus years is Mandatory)

HV Switching Operations (desirable)
