Workfast are seeking S26 Electrical Supervisor for upcoming shutdown work until July 2025 for a valued client FIFO to Newman.

The S26 Electrical Supervisor will be available on a rolling 8/6 roster until the third week of June, and then roll onto another shutdown commencing the 2nd July.

What you need

• WA Electrical Licence
• DMIR S26 Training
• White Card
• BHP Inducted (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical supervision
• Proficient knowledge of structural, mechanical, piping systems, and electrical
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills

What you will be doing

• Install Two Pump Spray Systems: Set up 45kW and 35kW pump spray systems, ensuring proper alignment and secure mounting.
• Upgrade Motor Control Centres (MCCs): Enhance existing MCCs to accommodate new pump systems, integrating necessary control systems.
• Electrical and Instrumentation Installation: Lay out and connect new power and control cabling; install field equipment such as flow meters and pressure transmitters.
• Conveyor System Modifications: Relocate approximately 16 devices (cables and instruments) on the conveyor system during the scheduled shutdown period.
• System Commissioning: Conduct comprehensive testing and commissioning of the newly installed systems post-shutdown to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety standards and regulations throughout the installation and commissioning processes.
