We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join us in Full-Time Management positions.

Your Role:

As a manager at KFC, you will be responsible for fostering a competitive, profitable, and team-driven work environment. You will play a crucial role in team training, driving culture and inclusion, maximizing sales, minimizing costs, and achieving KFC’s business objectives. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures across operations, customer service, cash handling, marketing, purchasing, human resources, administration, training, and development.

Requirements/ key selection criteria:

Exceptional Customer Service: Proven experience in providing outstanding service and handling customer interactions effectively.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and ability to engage and collaborate with team members and customers.

Computer Proficiency: Competence in using computers for administrative tasks.

Managerial Expertise: Demonstrated skills in recruitment, training, performance management, safety, security, and resolving challenging situations.

Leadership Abilities: Capable of motivating, delegating, and coordinating team efforts to maintain and enhance a professional team-based environment.

Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of P&L management, store paperwork, payroll, and general accounting activities.

Stress Management: Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and diplomacy.

Commitment to Growth: Energetic, resourceful, and dedicated to personal development.

Experience:

Previous Management experience preferred- Full Training will be provided to all employees.
