About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Instructional Designer to join a high-impact SAP S/4HANA transformation program on a 12-month fixed term contract. Working within a dynamic Change & Training team, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing engaging and effective learning content that supports end-user adoption across a national enterprise.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders including SMEs, Change Managers, and SAP Functional Leads to translate complex system processes into intuitive and accessible training materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content, including eLearning modules, user guides, quick reference materials, videos, and simulations
• Align content with business processes and the overarching SAP training strategy
• Translate SAP S/4HANA processes into user-friendly learning experiences across finance, supply chain, procurement, and HR modules
• Use tools such as SAP Enable Now, Articulate, or similar to create and publish learning materials
• Contribute to training needs analysis, content review cycles, and UAT support
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of training deliverables

About You

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer on large-scale ERP implementations (SAP experience essential; S/4HANA preferred)
• Demonstrated experience creating content using SAP Enable Now or similar digital learning tools
• Strong ability to convert technical information into clear, engaging learning material
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
• Tertiary qualifications in Education, Learning Design, Organisational Change, or similar (desirable)
