Rise is looking for experienced recovery/support workers for our outreach programs. You can be part of our new chapter under new management with bold vision and fresh ideas. We are transforming how we serve our clients and support our people.
In this role, you will walk alongside clients on their recovery journey, delivering a community-based, person-centred service, grounded in a recovery model. You will collaborate with adult mental health services to respond manage crises, while keeping everyone updated with regular reports on clients' progress, achievements, and any concerns.
These positions are full-time working Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm) with some flexibility that can be discussed. You will be based within the Community providing direct outreach with clients across the Perth Metro. Additionally, you will work at our Helen’s Place Office (Middle Swan) and once up-to-speed and approved, enjoy hybrid work-from-home.

Here at Rise, we nurture potential, but we do need you to have a few tricks up your sleeve including the following:
Minimum one year working within the mental health sector (post-study)
Demonstrated experience supporting clients with complex mental health needs such as AOD, family domestic violence and homelessness
Familiarity with goal setting, risk management and safety planning.
Top-notch communication skills to adapt your style and engage with families, advocates and others as required
Sound knowledge and understanding of diversity, gender and social inclusion.
Driving licence and ability to use own vehicle for work purposes including client transport (some access to Rise fleet vehicles may be available)

Appointments to this position will be subject to a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children’s Check. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
