Your role as the Restaurant Manager will be crucial in overseeing daily operations and creating unforgettable dining experiences across our mood lit one-hat bistro, up-beat public bar, two trendy function spaces and lively outdoor courtyard. The role will also widen out to a yearly view of succession planning, marketing activations and trend & revenue forecasting.

This position is perfect for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. Candidates will need to have a sound knowledge of controlling wage costs, increasing sales and management of staff to ensure all guests are getting the Poodle experience. We are looking for someone who is organised, efficient and ready to welcome all guests, while maintaining relationships with regulars, suppliers and run out-cater or special event activations.
