- WA A-Grade Electrician License (Essential)
- Proven Electrical Commercial/Residential experience (Must-have)
- Ability to manage small teams and projects
- Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Manual driver’s license (Essential)
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
- Honest, reliable, and committed to quality workmanship
- Enjoys building relationships and working in a team environment
