Martin & Co Electrical is growing fast and we’re looking for a top-quality A-grade electrician to join our crew. We back our staff, we pay properly and we’ve built a team culture that actually works – no egos, no passengers.

Who are we?
We’re a family-run electrical business based in Wangara servicing Perth’s northern suburbs and surrounds. Our work covers residential and light commercial jobs and we’re known for doing things right the first time – clean, smart, reliable.

What a normal day looks like:

Start at our Wangara workshop 6.30am – grab your apprentice and load up the van

Head out to local jobs including:

Fault finding, switchboard upgrades, safety checks

Power points, smoke alarms, fans, ovens, downlights, split installs

Renovations, extensions, and some new builds

Wrap up your day 2.30pm with everything logged via our app – no after-hours admin

What sets us apart:

Up to $52/hr depending on experience – earn $110k+ OTE

Sign-on bonus: $1,500

Annual holiday bonus: $1,000

Early start, early finish – 6:30am to 2:30pm

What you need:

WA Electrical Licence

Minimum 2 years experience (domestic maintenance preferred)

Driver’s licence and White Card

HVAC licence preferred (but not essential – we’ll train you)

Good comms, good attitude, and pride in your work
