About the Role:

As a Dozer Operator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a busy materials processing site. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, thrive in a team environment, and are committed to safety and production quality.

Key Duties:

• Operate a range of mobile plant machinery safely and effectively
• Complete pre-start inspections, logbooks, and minor maintenance
• Assist with general site duties as required
• Monitor material outputs and ensure production targets are met
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience operating mobile plant machinery (e.g. loaders, excavators, and dozers)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to site procedures

Tickets & Licences:

• Construction Induction (White Card)
• Relevant mobile plant tickets (LZ, LE, LL or equivalent)
• Valid Driver’s Licence
