We are currently seeking experienced Asphalt Labourers to join a busy civil crew based in Swanbank, Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent work with potential for a permanent role for the right candidates.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with asphalt laying, spray seal operations, and site preparation

Operating hand tools and working around paving machines and plant equipment

Raking, shoveling, compacting, and general labouring

Supporting a crew in both day and night shifts

Maintaining a clean and safe worksite in line with company procedures

What You'll Need:

✅ Experience in asphalt or civil construction (preferred)
✅ White Card - required
✅ Reliable transport to and from Swanbank
✅ HR Licence or machinery tickets (highly regarded)
✅ Physically fit, reliable, and able to work in a team
✅ Able to pass a drug & alcohol screen if required
