Our constant expanding range of services includes NDSS supply, leave certificates, opioid substitution therapy, dose aid administration packs, compounding, take home naloxone, wound care, sports braces and injury management.

We are a compounding pharmacy, which allows us to serve our community with a range of specialty OTC products along with common S4 compounding requests for human and animal use.

We also pride ourselves on providing an immersive teaching experience for students from a wide range of universities throughout the year to help introduce and support the next generation of pharmacists in the industry.

Exciting times are coming in community pharmacy with expanding scope of practice. We will strive to provide our pharmacists with support, regular training, development and resources to equip our team with the knowledge and skills to practice with a clinical focus.

About the role

The successful applicant will support and align with our hardworking team, embrace challenges and possess a high level of accuracy.

We have a fluctuating work capacity with a busy winter season reaching a peak 250-script load and the milder summers sitting around 150. On average we have two pharmacists and 1 technician/intern along with 3 front of shop team members. This allows a high level of support from our team as well as the opportunity for our pharmacists to spend time with patients to ensure better health outcomes.

The successful applicant will be expected to dispense and counsel patients about medications; provide advice in the front of shop; assist with our dose aid administration service and drive all aspects of our professional services, including compounding while ensuring the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards

This is a hands-on role that will see you working closely with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent customer service and optimise patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will be rostered to work a minimum of 4 days per week (Full time) across week days and weekends.
