We’re a small, high-performing local team on a mission to lead Tasmania’s renewable transition — and we’re looking for a driven and passionate Sales Consultant to join us!

About the Role

As a Renewable Energy Sales Consultant, you’ll work with warm inbound leads (no cold calling) to deliver tailored clean energy solutions including:

Solar PV systems

Battery Storage

EV chargers

Air-conditioning & Heat Pump Hot Water

You’ll guide customers through their energy-saving journey from first contact to signed proposal, with the support of full training, CRM systems, and ongoing mentorship.

What You’ll Be Doing

Respond to inbound customer inquiries and qualify leads

Design and present tailored energy-saving proposals

Close deals in first meetings where possible

Accurately log all activity in CRM immediately after client contact

Follow up leads according to our proven sales process

Achieve weekly sales targets

About You

Passionate about sustainability and renewable energy
