About the role

Supreme Hospitality Services is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations at our flagship hotel in central Melbourne. This full-time role will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional cleaning and guest services in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee all housekeeping operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting and inventory control

Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel

Lead, train and develop a team of housekeeping staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Implement efficient cleaning procedures and quality control measures

Liaise with other hotel departments to coordinate housekeeping services and address guest requests

Monitor and report on housekeeping KPIs, identifying areas for improvement

Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel or resort environment

Exceptional leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and liaise with guests

Familiarity with hotel operations, inventory management and budgeting

Relevant qualifications in Hospitality, Housekeeping or a related field
