About the role

We are seeking a driven Warehouse 2IC to join our team at eps Brisbane in Pinkenba, Queensland. This is a casual role with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehousing environment. As the Warehouse 2IC, you will play a vital role in supporting the Warehouse Manager in all daily aspects of our warehouse.

This role is hands on, cleaning and maintaining our stock for the events industry. Running small teams and ensuring operational flow.

What you'll be doing

Assist the Warehouse Manager in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including cleaning and maintaining stock, inventory control, and order fulfilment

Ensure all stock is fit for purpose and 100% maintained

Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and tidy - all house keeping up to date

Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner

Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols

Liaise with the full eps national team, such as customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination

What we're looking for

A person who is keen to get stuck in and take the next step in their warehousing journey. Bring your enthusiam and expertise and push for a full time postion

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Availability on the odd weekend as some site work will be required

Proficient in warehouse operating systems including emails and excel

Thorough understanding of warehousing best practices, including stock control, order processing, distribution and houosekeeping

Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment

Forklift and Drivers License a must
