We are looking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our client, who is a boutique firm based in Southport. With a strong presence in the Gold Coast and Brisbane markets, their team is known for delivering practical, timely, and clear advice with a personal touch. With steady growth and a strong pipeline of matters, we’re now seeking a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join our high-performing team.

This is a hands-on, autonomous role for an experienced paralegal who can run conveyancing files from start to finish across both QLD and NSW jurisdictions. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and stakeholders, managing a diverse portfolio of transactions with the support of our friendly legal team.

You can expect to complete the following duties in your day:

• Manage residential and commercial conveyancing files from contract to settlement
• Draft and review contracts, Form 1s, disclosure documents, and PEXA workspaces
• Liaise with real estate agents, clients, brokers, banks, and counterparties
• Conduct title, plan, and property searches (NSW LRS and QLD Titles Registry)
• Coordinate PEXA settlements and ensure pre-settlement compliance
• Handle off-the-plan, transfer, refinance, and trust transactions
• Maintain accurate records and file notes using practice management software

To be successful in this role, you will ideally hold:

• 5+ years’ experience in end-to-end conveyancing (QLD and/or NSW)
• Sound understanding of property law legislation in both states
• Proven ability to manage high volumes with accuracy and minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of PEXA, LEAP, or similar legal software
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and pride in your work
