Service Delivery Support Officer

  • Location - Parramatta (Hybrid work arrangement)
  • Employment type - Temporary full-time up to 30 December 2025 with possibility of extension
  • Grade - Clerk Grade 5/6
  • Salary - $97,027 pa - $107,059 pa plus employer contributions to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

We're seeking a skilled professional to support the operations of DCJ's customer-focused websites and intranets.

You'll help align digital services with strategic goals and NSW Government standards, working under the Senior Service Delivery Officer to implement service strategies and maintain digital platforms in an agile environment.

What you'll do

The Service Delivery Support Officer helps manage the department's websites and intranets, supporting systems, content, and issue resolution.

You'll work with teams and stakeholders to deliver quality digital services.

The Communications and Digital Experience teams ensure consistent, inclusive messaging and user experiences across all channels.

What we're looking for

Someone who is a capable, dedicated professional with experience managing competing priorities and working with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced, agile environments. You bring:

  • A positive, results-driven attitude with experience in agile, cross-functional teams in business-as-usual environments
  • Proven experience in service delivery support with strong knowledge of website and intranet management
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills focused on user-friendly digital solutions
  • Skilled in engaging stakeholders to co-design and deliver practical, effective outcomes
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to take on different roles and deliver within time and budget in complex situations
