Redstone have partnered with a medium sized aged care provider seeking a Facility Manager for their home located locally to Northcote.

In this role you will manage all the clinical and non clinical running of the aged care home along with all staff associated. You will have the support by a strong clinical team and all floor staff, along with support from all relevant departments from head office.

The home itself is large and across multiple floors, fully accredited and well run.

Requirements:

• Extensive Facility/ Residential Management experience
• RN - DIV 1
• Outstanding people & culture management skills
• Knowledge and hands on experience of change management
• Experience in rostering and other HR duties
• Proven experience with accreditation standards
• Solid understanding of continuous improvement
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
