We're on the hunt for a detail-focused, fast-moving Warehouse & Operations Assistant to help us scale our operations to the next level. If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, logistics—or even McDonald’s—you’ll likely thrive here.

What You’ll Be Doing

Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed

Maintain stock levels and assist with restocking and receiving deliveries

Keep the warehouse clean, organised and efficient

Support day-to-day operational tasks (returns, mailers, basic labelling, etc.)

Help troubleshoot process bottlenecks with our Operations Manager

Occasionally assist with basic admin tasks or systems updates

Be part of a small, dynamic team where your input genuinely matters

You’re a Great Fit If You…

Have previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics environment

Are quick, detail-oriented, and organised under pressure

Can work independently and follow SOPs with minimal micromanagement

Have experience in fast-paced systems or operations-based workplaces (e.g., McDonald’s, cafes, event setup, etc.)

Are reliable and take pride in doing things the right way

Are physically able to be on your feet and lift light parcels

What You’ll Get
