About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a casual Pick & Pack, Stock Control & General Admin role at HoldMyPhone' in Neutral Bay, NSW. As a pick and pack specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing customer orders and maintaining stock levels to ensure a seamless end-to-end fulfilment process.

What you'll be doing

Picking and packing customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy

Conducting regular stock counts and updates to maintain optimal inventory levels

Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the wider team

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering orders on time and in perfect condition

Collaborating with the warehouse and logistics teams to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Availability to work a flexible casual schedule.
