Our client located in Altona North are looking for Laundry Assistants to work in the Sorting Area. Leading the laundry industry, they pride themselves on producing and presenting the highest quality work to clients.

The production team is at the heart of the business. You will be required to work in one of the following sections of the business depending on skillset and capability

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Sorting through linen

- Pushing Heavy trolleys (may weigh up to 180kg)

- Folding linen

- Transporting linen into washers

- Manual handling

- Fast paced Kpi Driven environment

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience

- Ability to work in a repetitive fast-paced environment - must be able to stand on feet for long period of time

- Good level of physical fitness

- Ability to follow instructions

- Ability to work in a team

- Unlimited working rights

- Adhering to all WHS standards

- Kpi/ Goal orientated

- Current Drivers License

- Foul linen allowances

- Shift times: 1st Week training (10am-6pm) then move to afternoon Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm
