About the Opportunity
Based in Inverell, Glen Innes or Tenterfield, you’ll work closely with clients and health professionals to deliver tailored support across:
Drug and alcohol recovery
Mental health and social wellbeing
Connection to community and services
You’ll manage a caseload and help clients create and stick to care plans through consistent, trauma-informed support.
About You
Qualification or experience in social work, mental health, AOD, or community services
Experience working with Aboriginal communities is highly valued
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills
Driver’s licence, Police Check & Working With Children Check required
Resilient, non-judgmental, and committed to cultural safety
