To assist teachers and teaching assistants in Australian Primary Schools to gain TAFE certification
We are a Not for Profit company seeking a training expert to assist teachers and teaching assistants on our program in completing our online training programs and obtaining accreditation for Certificate III and IV in Education. There are numerous existing modules that participants have completed, along with a mapped pathway detailing what they need to do to achieve certification. You will be responsible for signing up teaching assistants, assisting them with course content for assessment, and processing their registrations for certification.
Key Responsibilities:
· Liaise with students to enrol participants in the TAFE courses.
· Follow our clear process for achieving participant and organisation goals.
· Support their Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process and ensure they complete all required training.
· Ensure participants provide video evidence of their practice to demonstrate their ability to perform required functions, techniques, and practices.
· Adhere to our company aims, processes, policies, and guidelines.
Requirements (in order of priority):
· Familiarity with the TAFE sector is essential.
· High level of English proficiency and ability to communicate in plain business language.
· Strong written communication skills.
· Knowledge of TAFE training packages and the ability to support students through the certification process.
· Familiarity with online training systems, such as Learnworlds.
· Problem-solving abilities and capability to find effective solutions.
· Understanding of teaching practices and school environments.
· Experience in drafting simple business processes.
You will be required to provide regular reports and updates, submitting your work through a sign-off process. You will have at least two reporting lines.
This is an ongoing part-time role, with potential for expansion into other areas based on skill sets.
