Description
As an integral member of a large HR function, this newly created role is an opportunity to make your mark on the organisations approach to diversity. The responsibilities will include:
Lead the development and delivery of diversity and wellbeing strategies aligned with values and goals.
Collaborate with the People team to embed diversity in recruitment, training, and development practices.
Drive initiatives that support employee mental health and overall wellbeing.
Partner with leaders to build capability in diversity and wellbeing, and address any areas of resistance.
Work closely with Learning & Development on programs that promote inclusion and support career growth.
Provide regular reporting and strategic insights on diversity progress to senior leadership.
Ensure all initiatives comply with relevant employment legislation.
Profile
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in Human Resources, with proven experience leading diversity and wellbeing in a corporate or organisational setting. A solid understanding of DEI principles, relevant legislation, and best practices, along with experience delivering engaging workshops and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership will be required for the role.
This role requires someone who is able to think strategically and analytically, with the ability to assess program impact, make sound decisions, and influence outcomes, but also be in the detail from an operational perspective.
