Qualified Plumber and/or Drainer – New Home Builds (Pakenham based factory)

We’re Cahill Plumbing, established in 2014, we’re a trusted name in residential plumbing. We specialise in high-quality new home builds and are seeking a qualified plumber and/or drainer to join our team.

About the Role:
You’ll handle all stages of plumbing installation—from drainage to rough-in to fit-off—ensuring efficient, code-compliant systems. Work with a supportive team that values precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Install below-ground drainage systems as per plans

Complete rough-in work for water, gas and waste systems

Fit-off plumbing fixtures to a high standard

Ensure quality and code compliance throughout

Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades

Coordinate material deliveries with admin team

Maintain records via ServiceM8

Support and train apprentices

Uphold professionalism and customer service standards

Requirements:

Trade qualification and current plumbing registration

Experience in new residential builds

Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability

Detail-oriented and motivated

Effective communicator

Valid driver’s licence and White Card
