About the role

We currently have numerous opportunities for experienced and dedicated Security Officers to join our team. This casual role will involve providing security services to our valued clients across a variety of settings these will include:

• Pubs, Hotels and Bars
• Static roles
• Concierge and Education roles
• Retail and other Customer Service Security roles.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Patrolling designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property
• Monitoring and responding to security alarms and incidents
• Performing access control and visitor management duties
• Maintaining detailed records and reporting on security-related activities
• Providing a professional and courteous customer service experience
• Adhering to all relevant security protocols and procedures

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role you'll be/have:

• Full Australian working rights or permanent residency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current security industry license or certification
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
