About the Role
MSS Security is seeking professional and dedicated casual Courts Security Officers to join our team in the Newcastle region. This is a casual position providing you with ample opportunities for career growth within one of Australia's leading security companies.
As a key member of our team, you will provide a strong and professional security presence across court facilities, ensuring the safety and smooth operation of all personnel and visitors. You will be working in a high-profile environment where integrity, discretion, and customer service are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor access points and CCTV systems to ensure site security
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, inquiries, and emergencies
• Escort and direct court visitors, contractors, and staff
• Conduct regular foot patrols within court precincts
• Manage visitor sign-in processes and maintain accurate registers
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, legal professionals, and members of the public
• Maintain high levels of situational awareness and professionalism at all times

What We're Looking For

• Current NSW Security Licence and Certificate II in Security Operations
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Current WWCC
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A high level of integrity, reliability, and sound judgement
