Our client is a leading supplier within Australia for specialist Wood and Metalworking Machinery, both conventional and CNC based in Osborne Park.

They now have a vacancy for a Workshop Store person to join their team to operate within the Workshop and aid in installs off site through delivery.

What will this position see you doing?
This position will see you performing, however not limited to, the following duties:

• Operate Forklift to 5 Tonnes
• Operate Overhead Crane to 10 Tonnes
• Loading and unloading/packing of machinery from containers and trucks
• Unpacking/ repacking machinery
• Warehouse Care and tidiness

What do you need to be successful in this role?
To be successful in this position, you will require the following:

• Previous experience working within a workshop environment
• Hold a forklift ticket with previous experience (Essential)
• Gantry Crane Ticket (Highly Desirable)
• Hold a manual WA Drivers licence (Heavy Rigid highly desirable)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
• Full working rights within Australia
• Good attitude and strong communication skills

What's on offer?
The role will initially commence as casual with view of permanency after three months. The offered rate will be between $35 - $40 p/h + super depending on experience. They will be required to work 8 hours days – 8am starts - Monday to Friday.
