Silverstrand is seeking an experienced Concrete Pump Operator in South East Queensland.

Variety of different projects currently across Brisbane to Gold Coast and future works across the South East. On-going work with the view of a casual to permanent conversion for the right candidate.

Working alongside a current concreting crew which do a variety of Civil Concreting works, as well as external pump bookings.

Concrete Pump Operator must have the following skills/experience:

• Experience with Operating a Concrete Boom Pump and line pump
• Confident operating both a 20m and 42m pump
• Min 5+ years in the civil construction industry
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Ability to undertake start to finish setup and completion of projects
• Able to do prep work, box up, basic formwork, screeding, operating of trowel machine, pour - if required
• General Labouring - if required

To be considered, successful applicants must have the following:

• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment medical
• Have a HR Driver's Licence
• White Card
• High Risk Concrete placing boom ticket - required
• Ability to work day's/nights as required by operational needs
• Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
• Strong safety initiative
