About the role

Oz Stabilisation and Construction Services PTY LTD is seeking experienced and skilled concrete pump operators and shotcrete sprayers to join our dynamic team on a casual basis. Based in Tamborine, QLD, this role will involve operating specialised equipment to support our construction projects in the local area.

What you'll be doing

Safely and efficiently operating concrete pumps to transport and place concrete at construction sites

Spraying shotcrete/ Fibrecrete on slopes and batters utilising elevated work platform and rope access techniques

Conducting pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance

Following all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and procedures

Collaborating with the construction team to achieve project goals and timelines

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a concrete pump operator or shotcrete sprayer, with a strong understanding of construction equipment and techniques

Relevant qualifications or licenses, such as a concrete pump operator's licence, shotcrete certification HR licence,

Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment
