McArthur Aged Care has been working in partnership with our clients for over 20yrs, delivering outstanding In Home and Community Care. We are looking for Personal Care Assistants that can provide an exceptional level of care and support to elderly, frail clients who wish to remain living independently in the community.

This role is the perfect opportunity for experienced PCA's looking for a change or new graduates who want to commence an rewarding career in this industry by assisting the elderly within their own homes.

All candidates must be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week (Mon to Fri) and at least 6hrs per day (between 8am - 5pm). Candidates must also have or be willing to get the following items:

• Cert III in Aged Care, IV in Individual Support or equivalent
• Victorian Drivers Licence
• A reliable car with valid registration and insurance
• Immunisation History which shows 3 COVID vaccinations and a 2024 flu vaccination
• Current First Aid & CPR training
