Our client a well known travel company have an amazing opportunity for a airfare and ticketing consultant to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

· Issue and reissue domestic and international air tickets using Sabre GDS.

· Handle complex fare calculations, including published, nett, and NDC fares.

· Perform standard and complex reissues, including Phase 4 reissues.

· Interpret fare rules, ticketing restrictions, and tax calculations accurately.

· Monitor and action fare changes, airline ADM trends, and industry developments.

· Provide support and troubleshooting for consultants on ticketing queries.

· Liaise with airline partners regarding fare issues, waivers, and ticketing exceptions.

· Ensure compliance with IATA, BSP, and airline policies and procedures.

You will need

Minimum 5 years of hands-on ticketing experience with a strong focus on international airfares.

·Expert knowledge of Sabre GDS is essential.

· Proven understanding of published, nett, and NDC fare structures.

· Skilled in complex ticketing and Phase 4 reissue processes.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

· Solid understanding of IATA regulations and fare rules.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
