Thrifter is growing and we’re beyond excited to open our newest circular fashion store in Brookvale! We're on the hunt for a passionate, driven, and circular fashion-loving Store Manager to lead the charge in this next chapter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Running the Show – Oversee daily operations, lead by example, and ensure the store is running smoothly and looking amazing.

Team Leadership – Inspire and manage a small team, creating an upbeat and inclusive work culture.

Customer Experience – Deliver exceptional service and help our shoppers find preloved fashion they love and feel good about.

Visual Merchandising – Keep our racks fresh, our displays eye-catching, and our vibe on point.

Admin – Liaise with our Head Office as needed, be involved in our social media content (creation) and communicate with our sellers

Brand Ambassador – Be a face of Thrifter in the community and help us grow our loyal customer base.

Who You Are:

It would be a PLUS if you have previous retail or hospitality experience (store or assistant manager experience is a plus!)

Obsessed with secondhand fashion, sustainability, and the circular economy

Energetic, reliable, and self-motivated – you love taking initiative and getting things done!!!

A people person who thrives in a team and loves building community

Available to work 30 hours Tuesday - Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)
