Role Responsibilities:

As a team member at Pretty in the City, your primary responsibility is to deliver a five-star experience by putting every client at the centre of their treatment. This involves personalising services to meet individual needs, maintaining high standards of professionalism, and creating a welcoming environment. You should also actively seek and act on client feedback to enhance their experience, ensuring each visit exceeds expectations and leaves them feeling like our top priority.

Conduct advanced skin consultations and provide accurate home care and treatment plans utilising O Cosmedics, Ginger & Me, DP Dermaceuticals, Inskin.co & ISSADA products.
Perform facials, skin needling, IPL, waxing, massage, manicures, pedicures and makeup application.

About You:

This opportunity is ideal for a career-focused Beauty Therapist (diploma) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in advanced skin treatments.
