About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our friendly team at Lancaster & Co' in Ascot Brisbane. In this role, you will provide exceptional beauty treatments and personalised customer service to our upmarket clientele. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and a flair for creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Performing a wide range of beauty treatments including relaxation & clinical facials, lash lifts, manicures, pedicures, gel-nails, waxing, IPL & massage.

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive client experience

Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment rooms

Advising clients on the best products and treatments for their individual needs

Contributing to the overall success of the salon through teamwork and a positive attitude

What we're looking for

Diploma qualified Beauty Therapist

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Beauty Therapist in a salon or spa environment

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a relaxing and indulgent experience for clients

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

A friendly, positive and team-oriented attitude
