Welcome to Little Emu Academy, a nurturing and vibrant early learning centre located in Emu Heights, Western Sydney. Our 58-place service provides high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, with a strong focus on relationships, learning through play, and creating a supportive environment for both children and educators.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking both qualified educators and aspiring early childhood professionals ready to grow with us:
✅ Qualified Educators (Certificate III or Diploma):
A recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
A current or willingness to obtain First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Sound understanding of EYLF and NQS
Experience in caring for and educating children aged 0–5
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Availability Monday to Friday between 7 AM – 6 PM
Own transport (limited public transport in the area)
🎓 Traineeships (No Experience Required):
A genuine passion for working with children
Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education while working
Willingness to learn, follow guidance, and grow within the role
Reliability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Must be available Monday to Friday and have your own transport
