We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Financial Planner with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing financial advisory team. As a Associate Financial Planner, you will work closely with senior team members to support clients in achieving their financial goals by helping in forming investment strategies, retirement planning, tax strategies, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
o Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans for clients.
o Collaborate with senior planners to design customized solutions for clients, addressing their financial needs and objectives.
o Manage client portfolios under supervision, ensuring alignment with clients’ financial goals.
o Monitor and track clients’ financial progress, adjusting plans and strategies as needed.
o Participate in client meetings, taking notes, answering questions, and offering support during consultations.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with regulatory standards.
o Provide ongoing support for day-to-day client inquiries, addressing concerns and offering financial guidance when appropriate.
o Stay current with industry trends, new financial products, and regulatory changes.
What We’re Looking For:
o Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
o 2-3 years of experience in financial planning/ wealth management.
o Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and risk management.
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients.
o Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
o High attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.
