The Role

This role has been created in a team restructure to support the team. Some of the key responsibilities will be:

Project accounting for up to 200 small and large media productions, including cost reporting, WIP & utilisation analysis

Revenue and cost accruals

Project cost reconciliations

Fixed asset maintenance for a large fleet of production trucks, and related equipment

Balance sheet reconciliations to support month-end

Working closely with production stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting

Your Background

The client is looking for experience in the following areas:

Fixed asset experience

Project accounting experience; you will understand the allocation of revenue to multiple job numbers

WIP and job cost reports

The confidence and communication skills to chase information from stakeholders all across the business in Australia

Relationship building skills

Degree qualified as a minimum
